This portal contains protected health information for students on Tier 3 behavior-intervention plans. Access is restricted to specialists invited to a child's care team. All sign-in attempts and session activity are logged. Sessions auto-terminate after 15 minutes of inactivity per HIPAA Β§164.312(a)(2)(iii).
Specialist accounts are scoped to the cases you've been invited to. You won't see any other student's records.
Review the vocabulary contract before you start logging data. Everyone on this student's team signs the same contract at the current Blueprint version, so all team members mean the same thing when they use terms like Counter Control, FCT phrase, and IBRST Level.
